“While the customer service was excellent as was the delivery speed. I found the website was not the most intuitive to navigate. In addition to this because no proofs were provided and the cost of a proof was going to be close to €35 plus delivery so I ordered the number that I wanted for my first run and then was disappointed with the outcome. Then when I made a second order I found the card was different colors for the same product.”

“We are delighted with the work provided by DPI. We received our wedding invites incredibly quickly, with great quality for a fraction of what local commercial printers were asking for. Ross in sales couldn’t have been more helpful in answering queries from a worried couple over a number of months and any issue was resolved very quickly. The platform is very easy to use, and we fully intend on using DPI both personally and professionally in future - including our upcoming wedding booklets!!”
