“BookPrintingIreland is an excellent company. During COVID-19, companies are struggling to provide their services to customers but even so it only took this company less than a week to deliver my products. Also, the products were exactly what I wanted them to be so if I ever print a book in the future (which I will), bookprintingireland will be the first thing on my mind.”

“Ordered my prints on a Friday night and they were delivered to me the following Tuesday. Quality of the prints are amazing as well as the paper they are printed on. I will definitely be using this company again”

Hello Thank you for you order and for this review. I am sad to see that you have left us a negative review though based purely on the delivery by the courier. As you know we did print and dispatch your order on time. Unfortunately the courier has had a delay due to the increase in demand for their service over the Christmas period, on top of the ongoing difficulties caused by COVID 19. Unfortunately this is not something that we at Digital Printing have any control over. We do make it clear on our site that deliveries are estimated and also have a banner popping up during December to advise that couriers are experiencing delays, all shown before an order is spec'd and placed with us. “I was very happy with the service. I printed a small children's book that my 11 year old granddaughter had written. The process of creating the book was easy, the quality of the printing was excellent and the service was very prompt. I highly recommend it.”

“I ordered for the first time from Digital Printing Ireland, and I found their customised quote online system just brilliant for my needs as I could add / remove finishes and see the cost implications. The option of flat unfinished sheets suits my business. When I ordered, the status updates on receipt and shipping were great, and my print arrived in just a couple of days. The quality was even better than expected - sharp and with vibrant colours. I will definitely use their services again.”

“Reasonable price, handy website, quick turnaround. Decent quality though the photos printed a fair bit darker than I was expecting. I would definitely use their services again though.”

“I made two purchases with Digital Printing Ireland, both for cards based on original artwork. The process is extremely simple, once the user is certain of what they need, and are careful in executing the process. It is reasonably priced (less than €30 for 30 cards of 3 different designs, including delivery), and quite quick to do. There was a slight problem with the second order, in that the envelopes were not delivered (the default is 'no envelopes' so the user must be careful to select them), but the customer service response was excellent - an email about it was responded to, and the envelopes dispatched, within a working day.”

“I ordered a book from digital printing ireland.ie. Very swift and excellent quality. Only thing I would say is I thought the ordering part was a little awkward. Not the clearest to me as to exactly what files to upload. also I had purposely left a blank page at the beginning of my book but they obviously thought that was a mistake and deleted it. I think 4.9 stars would be appropriate. I’m still extremely happy with the service and would definitely use again”
