“Good but stickers fade easily and were delivered a day late”

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave us this review it is much appreciated. I have checked your tracking and can see it was unable to be delivered on the estimated delivery date. It was however delivered the following day. I apologise that Parcel Force let you and I down on this occasion. Unfortunately all delivery dates are estimated, however our courier has an on time delivery of 97%. With regards to the fading of the stickers I have tried to call you as you only received them a few days ago. “I was very happy with the very quick delivery. However I found the formatting process a little complicated (we ordered a greetings card) so maybe this could be simplified? Thank you Nick for your help!”
