“Normally i don't write reviews but I was really impressed with the service, I ordered over the Christmas period which i thought might be a problem with the lead time but it certainly was not. The communication was spot on. Concerns about the finish of the artwork were raised by DP quickly with email and a phone call. Overall I am extremely satisfied and will do business with DP again.”

“Great quality - great customer service (when I called for info prior to ordering). Disappointed that delivery was late. Was expecting (and paid a little extra) for delivery on Dec. 23 but the package did not arrive until the 29th. The delivery courier never replied to status inquiries. My order was time sensitive and the timing of the delivery was very important to me. You might want to find a better courier...”

We attempted to get in touch with you on the 21st as there was an issue with the artwork not matching the item you had ordered - we then heard back from you on the 22nd which resulted in the order leaving us a day later than your initial estimated delivery date. If there was no issue with the artwork then we would have dispatched this item as outlined in your order confirmation. Our courier was closed from the 24th December until the 29th December and we can only apologise for this delay. “To qualify our experience, we only have one word : "WOW" ! Ease of use of the website, transparency on the prices and technical requirements, reasonable prices, online help via the chat functionality, ordering and registration, turn around time shorter than anticipated even in the pre-Xmas period, and finally stunning printed result... everything was perfect ! “Excellent quality , best price I've found in ireland and the delivery is exceptionally fast and never is a problem. Goods are always presented really nice and great to be given discount vouchers after each order. Really helpful staff online through Chat and I'll be ordering again in January. Katy”
