“This was my first time to create and prepare a book for print so I was on a steep learning curve. I found the guidelines provided by DigitalPrinting Ireland and the online chat with support person very helpful. Also the PDF copy of how the printed book would look was as good as receiving a sample copy. The transfer of files with Wetransfer was new for me also but worked really well. Most of all I was really pleased with the quality and cost of the books and the speed with which they arrived. Well done and thank you.”

“Really disappointed with the most recent order. Sent the exact same image as before, ordered the exact same size labels and they turned out different. Seem squashed with loads of space either end. Might be going elsewhere next time.”

“The stickers look ok but the paper is quite thin so don't look great on glass if the sticker colour is white as the paper can be a bit transparent. The website would be more customer-friendly if you could view what your image will look like on the stickers before purchasing. In the first batch, I ordered 250 but the writing was too small when they arrived so I couldn't use them (this is where the option to view before purchasing would help) and the second batch was ok just paper quality doesn't look great on glass. Not a bad company super fast shipment and packaged well. Just a few more tweaks to their Website that would help customers before purchasing to not waste products.”

Hi Lisa, I hope you are well and Happy New Year! We are sorry to hear you were not 100% happy with your order. Unfortunately, we don't check artwork unless specifically asked to at time of ordering. You can request this by choosing the option to email your artwork across and requesting it in the email instead of uploading. As the site is fully automated and your artwork goes straight into a print queue as soon as it comes in so unless specifically asked, we do not check specific jobs as we have 500 - 1000 coming through here every day. If you would like to increase the size of the text on your label and re-supply it, I would love to be able to reprint if for you free of charge. I look forward to hearing any feedback.
