“Bad experience. Owner Richard Hall is mean, cheap, and uncaring. I bought a brand new pair of Ice Tools and they were packaged extremely poorly. They were just thrown in a box, not even a box but between 2 pieces of cardboard with tape, so there was not even the structure of a box to protect the new tools. They arrived scratched and damaged, and the owner did not care or take any responsibility for the damaged tools, and instead blamed it on Black Diamond saying that is how BD normally ships things, which is just a lie. I am now in a legal battle to have the damaged tools replaced or refunded. 1. Definitely do not buy from this store online (or at all). 2. If you do buy anything from this store because it is cheap, do not expect to be able to return or get a refund without a battle.”

“I’ve been impressed with the level of service I’ve received from Dick’s Climbing; not least because they use Royal Mail as couriers. Whilst not perfect, Royal Mail are infinitely better than the likes of Evri. The range of products available is very good and there is comprehensive documentation accompanying your delivery”
