“Up until now I have been so very happy with Devon Heaven and made repeat orders. This recent one however was a disappointment in that only one half of the order arrived to to the recipient. I am very disappointed as the point of the order was for my son to have a bit of Devon both savoury (pasties) and sweet (afternoon tea). Only the pasties arrived. Although I received a refund, minus delivery, I am very disappointed the order was not successful as it was a Christmas present.”

“I started using Devon Heaven during Covid and have never been disappointed. The service is fantastic. Every year, I order cream tea hampers as pre-Christmas gifts; and this year, once again, I was not disappointed. The deliveries all arrived on time, the products were beautifully laid out and presented, the quality was excellent, and they were well received by everyone. Devon Heaven, thank you once again.”

“Purchase was easy online. Processing date for delivery simple. Just wish it arrived. Devon Heaven were really good and refunded in full. Courier DHL are terrible.”
