“I purchased a Tea Hamper as a gift for a relative, they said it was really lovely and enjoyed all the goodies. The ability to add extra items was a real bonus, great to be able to personalise the Hamper. There was an issue with the delivery company, who let us all down by not delivering on the specified day, but Devon Heaven were excellent and sorted the problem swiftly and upgraded the delivery to Saturday, so the Hamper was only a day late. The customer Service was amazingly good and so rare these days! Wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend Devon Heaven again, based on their Service and attention to detail.”

“I have used Devon Heaven several times over the years as presents to family and friends. I love to order through them as it is something different to send as a gift and I’m told, tastes amazing. Over the years there was only ever one issue which was the couriers fault but Devon Heaven were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Would 100% recommend.”
