“Well as this was a gift , I can't really comment on how everything tasted, but I can let you know how impressed I was with the correspondence. I was contacted to let me know the order had been dispatched and when it had been delivered. It arrived on the day I requested and I then had a phone call from the recipient to thank me. When we then met face to face she couldn't stop talking about the jam! I think she really enjoyed it. Ordering was easy and I will certainly be doing the same again in August for another friend's birthday. Can't give 5* as I didn't get to taste it so 4*for ease of ordering and updates on delivery and feedback from recipient.”

“This was a cream tea hamper for my daughter-in-law's B'day who lives in Staffordshire so it needed to be posted. The contents were as ordered and gladly received! One issue was that it could not be delivered on her actual B'day ( a Monday, and D H are not able to deliver cream teas on Mondays) so had to arrange an earlier day and for someone to be in to receive it. In addition, the courier said I would be informed by email of a 2 hour window for delivery which they did but at 6am which I didn't see 'til much later ( I do not check emails 'til after 9am ) so was not able to alert my son, who had arranged to be in that day, of the time. Fortunately he was in when the courier arrived but that arrangement is something to be aware of?”

“I sent this as a Christmas gift. My dad and his partner were really happy with there hamper. They loved the variety and quality of the items in the hamper. It was really convenient and easy to do. The order didn't come on the day I had planned but a day later - I am sure this was because of Christmas deliveries and strikes so I understood. When it arrived it was delivered with care and my dad said he had a lovely chat with the delivery person. I will be using this company again.”

“Very pleased with the hamper itself . It was a gift to my parents. Only let down was the courier used to delivery it . I specified a day for its delivery but it was not delivered .My parents stayed in tht day to receive it . It was delivered the following day at 6pm so virtually 2 days of waiting , not good enough.”

“The hampers arrived on and before my chosen dates and the recipients were pleased with the contents. My reason for not awarding 5 stars is that the packaging contained a sticker advising there may be chilled items in the hamper which may need refrigerating. I purposely chose hampers without chilled products so they would not need refrigerating as they were Christmas gifts , but due to this sticker, the hampers were opened before Christmas day. I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult when packing the hampers to note whether or not they contained chilled products and if not, don't attach the sticker!”
