“My hamper was a gift and was reported to be delicious and was greatly enjoyed by my friend, the recipient. Everything was fresh . It is a pity it was not delivered on the day arranged however, which was her birthday, but the day after - that spoiled the surprise and treat and also meant no one was there to receive the parcel so it had to be left with a neighbour . Shame.”

“The collection that my mum received for her birthday was perfect! BUT please be aware that even though you are given a delivery time slot you won’t always get it at that time. My dad stayed home so that the produce could go swiftly into the fridge. At the time of delivery (one hour earlier than confirmed) the produce was left inside a very hot porch where thanks to my email confirmation I was able to call him where he then went to the porch and collected it. The delivery was just about salvageable. No fault of the company Devon Heaven but not great on the part of the delivery company.”

“Have made several orders with this company and have never been disappointed. Delicious scones and treats and great as gifts. However, on this occasion, the delivery company they used did not ring or knock the door and left the parcel on the driveway. We only noticed as we have a security camera. Otherwise, the box would have sat in the sun or been stolen. They also delivered quite late in the timeframe given, which was already set at a later time, meaning we had to keep the items for the next day, rather than on the day we intended to eat them. :(”

“Received a very nice cream tea hamper from Devon Heaven which contained lovely soft fruit and plain scones, delicious clotted cream and some lovely jam. It was all presented in a really nice box with nice packing inside. Thank you Devon Heaven.”

“Bought as a gift for my parents birthdays. They said it was a real treat and the scones were lovely. I didn’t size up the jam or clotted cream and it wasn’t necessary for them.”
