“I ordered a cream tea for my Pa in burton . Very impressed, firstly I sent the wrong postal number and after contacting you , gratefully you changed it straight away after receiving my cry for help. The cream tea was delivered on the exact date and great and constant contact. My Pa throughly enjoyed his surprise, so thank you very much for a truly lovely experience and making my olde Pa happy x”
