“Excellent communication regarding delivery. Scones were lovely and fresh and the jam is gorgeous, it was nice to find lots of whole strawberries inside the jam. There was a very generous portion of clotted cream, I had some left over so used it with my own strawberries.”

“We redeemed 3 cream teas to have with friends. Contents were excellent and well packed. 1 strawberry jam was replaced with raspberry jam due to 1 of our friends being allergic to strawberries. Thank you for that. However, we received an email from the courier on the morning of the scheduled delivery saying that they would deliver between 10.59am and 12.59pm. We then received an email saying that they were sorry that they missed us and that they had left a calling card. They hadn't. Looking at our CCTV footage we could see that they had pulled up outside our house but not come to the door. This resulted in having to change our plans.”
