“I ordered a towel radiator and was happy with the service. It said 1-5 working days and I imagine the spread was to allow for the fact they have to order it from the supplier if they don't have it in stock themselves which was the case here. I spoke to their customer service department during this time to get more info on the order and they were very helpful. In the end it took 5 days so as advertised and the radiator arrived and looks great. Based on my experience I would recommend them.”

“I couldn't find a slimline towel radiator with height from anywhere. I had never heard of your company and so happy I took the chance as it is perfect! Great quality. Received quickly and exactly what I ordered! It cost more money than other suppliers but no other company's had this precise size I required so was happy to pay more! Thank you”
