“We have purchased a radiator from the Designer Bathroom Store and when it had to be fitted we realised that the brackets for this radiator were not what we wanted. Thanks to Murray Willson, who handled our complaint, we were sent a new set of brackets and the radiator looks perfect. Thank you Murray for going beyond what you had to do, just to help us. we are very grateful for your patience, help and professionalism”

“Bought 7 Eastgate Eclipse Elliptical radiators. They are very well made. The welding on the tubes is very substantial and so much more sturdier than others we looked at. And so stylish. Really pleased. I also needed to change the order when I realised that the radiators ordered were under size. Murray was really helpful in re-calculating the radiator sizes so that I had the right ones. Thank you.”

“Excellent customer service, I placed order on Wednesday and received a call on Friday aplogising for delivery on Monday and not before the weekend. I wasnt expecting the items until at least the following Wednesday! Items are great and the service was even better. Thanks.”

“The radiator supplied was excellent, including the ample packaging. Unfortunately communication and the choice of courier was not so good. I received a dispatch from you on the Tuesday saying delivery in 1-3 days; however, the courier gave no indication which day would arrive, as virtually all couriers now do. I did not know the courier company or tracking number. They delivered on Wednesday when I was at work. I rearranged delivery asking if they could do Thursday afternoon (I was teaching in the morning), but they could not guarantee a time, not even morning or afternoon. Therefore, we agreed Friday. However, when I got in on Thursday evening they had attempted to deliver. I phoned again on Friday morning to rearrange and had to wait in on Monday to finally get the package. On the Monday I had to wait for a phone call before they would attempt to deliver. Again there was no indication of even a vague time. The company were APC Overnight Couriers. Their service was very poor compared to somebody like DPD, who tell you which day it is coming, and then on the day give you a 1 hour time window and let you know which delivery number you are and where the driver currently is (which you can watch "live"). Online reviews of APC indicate they are consistently poor. I appreciate this is the courier problem, but I think you might want to review using them.”

“Corner chrome radiator valve arrived quickly and was well packaged. It seems good quality in feel and appearance but as yet haven't had chance to fit it so cannot comment as to its functionality.”
