“Excellent price, cheapest I could find online. Easy to order and quick delivery. The only room for improvement I can see is that the box containing my gorgeous shelf unit (which was really well packed) was then put (without packaging) into a much bigger box, and very loosely taped up, so I was really surprised it all arrived safely and still in one piece. That was such a shame as, apart from concern over packaging, I'd have no hesitation ordering from designerbathroomstore again.”

“The towel rail I ordered arrived within two days and was well packaged. We missed the courier service used because they did not alert us as to what time they would be delivering so it was easier to go and collect it the next day. When I pointed this out they said they don’t usually bother letting the customer know, which was a waste of their time and mine. I had no problems with the store, just the postal method.”

“Very pleasant, ordered by phone and told when I might expect the cabinet, I called to check on the day as I hadn't heard from the carrier. Again pleasant helpful assistant checked and got back to me to advise it would be delivered as planned that day. Very good thank you.”

“The towel radiator we ordered was delivered promptly, as described on the website and good value. However, the delivery company just left it outside our front door with no notification to us. We were just lucky our neighbour saw the parcel and took it in safely and it didn't go missing. Not the fault of Designer Bathroom Store but certainly something to be aware of.”
