I think your products are excellent quality. I have been buying them at airports mainly. However I wanted to try your dynamic skin recovery Spf50 as I am having issues with my usual sunscreen. I am hoping that I will beable to use it without breaking out in rashes. I had a dreadful time trying to pay for my order which is why I only gave you the acceptable staring. Also is there any chance that I can swap the active clay for a skin smoothing cream?

It’s ok, wish I had bought just the small one first to try as really quite greasy! Think I prefer active moist.

We are disappointed to read that the Dermalogica products have failed to live up to your expectations. With regards to the moisturiser being too greasy, Intensive Moisture Balance is for an oil dry skin type. Active Moist is for an oily skin type. We recommend that you visit a professional skin therapist who can assess your skin and offer recommendations based upon a consultation and Face Mapping.

The website is not the easiest to negotiate and the Rewards programme is not as good as it used to be where there was a larger choice of products to suit one's particular skin type.

First time buying online with Dermalogica and there are some things that bug me. One, you can't choose your samples so I end up with things that I don't want/use/like. There should be some mechanism where you create a skin "profile" and your samples match up with your actual concerns. Two, I would like greater variety in the free gift. I don't normally have Vitamin C products and I don't want them either. There should be a way to build your own travel or gift set. I don't want two cleansers, or cleansers at all, or a mini microfoliant. Generally, I would like more flexibility while shopping. I also don't think the therapist live chat or WhatsApp function works great either. I was (badly) advised to buy active moist and it has turned out to be meh.

I find the online shopping website mot always the easiest to use. I have built up a large number of Reward points but cannot seem to find a way of using more than, say, 100 at a time from a seclection of products that are not always suitable for me. Claiming rewards needs to be made easier and give the clustomer the choices. As to the product - it is lovely .. a fine gentle mist that gives a refreshing feel after cleansing and before serum. Can highly recommend this.

In regards to the reward points, one item can be redeemed using the reward points per order, the offers change each month you can save your points if you would like to use them in future orders they are available for up to twelve months. Your feedback has been passed on to the digital team.

I like the subscription box and the first two boxes were good. This box looked like someone had cobbled together whatever was left in the warehouse. The website also states the subscription boxes will allow customers to try new products and innovations…. Rarely do the boxes contain even samples of the latest products.

Not worth the money unfortunately. A reasonable scrub but nothing exceptional. Would not buy again.

Have orders from dermalogica twice recently and on both occasions they failed to send the free samples I had selected!

I ordered online and due to system error it added 2 of the free promotions samples. I got an email saying this was against their terms and conditions and order was on hold unless I agree to 1 promotion or cancel and reorder. It was an extra free promotion and for the amount I spend with dermologica whats the biggie for an extra promotion item. Thought it was rather cheap of them esp when you're a loyal customer spending so much. Meh.
