“After receiving the 12-inch paint tray and disposable tray liners, I discovered that my 12-inch roller would not sit in the tray to load paint. When I contacted Decoratingdirect concerning this, Was informed that this is normal and that a 12-inch roller will not fit into the tray. BE WARNED. How can manufacturers describe their products in this way is beyond me. My 9-inch roller fits into my 9-ich tray quite comfortably.”

“I ordered a set of 4 spray cans of matte acrylic and they all turned up albeit a day later than expected through no fault of decoratingdirect it was due to the delivery driver taking my order to the wrong house, anyway I went to use one of the cans and it had unfortunately been punctured so a quick email to a man called Andrew and he sent me a new can the following day along with a £10 goodwill gesture. Absolutely delighted with the service and will definitely be using them again Kind Regards Mrs Rebbecca Lloyd”

“As a professional decorator, I want great products at reasonable prices. Decorating Direct delivers on both counts. Their service is so timely and if I order in the morning then the goods normally arrive the next day. Their reviews of products and what they are good for on the website are also very useful. I don't go anywhere else for specialist products.”
