“Sadly I am using this company less and less, as I find their packaging excessive and not moving to more environmental methods, other companies are using paper for the box tape and infills. The range is great, deliveries second to none but would like to see their web presence updated and some more special offers.”

“The company itself is good. The prices are competitive & the shipment was swift. The product, however, is not great. The segment blades are sharp & look the part, but the segments aren't scored deep enough. They just snap off at all angles, shapes & sizes. Not ideal when you need a precision tip to the blade. So the company is fine, but the product (in my case, 9mm snap-off segment blades) is not.”

“ORIGINAL INFO GIVEN WAS FOR A NEW FILLER PRODUCT I WAS INITIALY ADVISED THAT IT WAS SANDABLE HOWEVER ONCE THE FILLER DRIED IT WOULD NOT SAND WHEN I RE CONTACTED THE TEAN THEY CHECKED AND I WAS ADVISED THAT THE PRODUCT WAS NOT SANDABLE IF I KNEW THIS FIRST OUT I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED A DIFFERENT PRODUCT THE TEAM HOWEVER WERE VERY HELPFULL TO THE BEST OF THERE KNOWLEDGE”

We have notes on our system saying that we sent replacements free of charge, as soon as you informed us of the problem? Hopefully you did receive them, as our courier company shows the replacements were signed for on the 22nd Feb? “The service is good but the website is poor, difficult to search and then difficult to filter the results, or to change the sorting criteria. So it is difficult to find the best value product unless you know what you are looking for.”
