“The product was flimsy and poorly designed. It didn't sit flat, wasn't strong enough to hold the piece being cut, and the guide-slots for cutting were blocked in several places by plastic, so had to be sawed through before use, increasing the flimsyness of the product. I emailed customer services about my dissatisfaction with the completely unfit for purpose product, who were dismissive and unhelpful. Very suprised to be asked to review tbh, but glad to be able to warn others.”

“Unfortunately, this time the experience was not good. Part caused by the segmentation of their supply chain and not being aware of it. Resulted in split delivery - some of which was delayed as no-one was apparently in - and then failure to cancel that part of the order as requested and agreed. Leading to now having too much paint having sourced replacements locally for immediate use. I will now only buy contract emulsion from you and source all other supplies locally or via other web shops. RMJ”

Sorry to hear that, we do try our best, but sometimes things go wrong as they seem to have done on this occasion. Now that we're aware of the problem, we've refunded you for the unwanted items. We hope you'll consider buying from us again in the future.

“I have been waiting for more than 3 or 4 months for a dust brush, I bought and they never sent me a replacement or a brush of the same characteristics with different price for the delay, I think it is outrageous that no one assumes the problem and just leave me wait and wait forever sending me an Email that still does not have the product, with sending me a dust brush as I bought from another brand the problem is finished 3 or 4 months ago, but they decided to make me wait longer than the decent”

We're really sorry to hear this. Unfortunately there is an ongoing supply problem with the original dust brush you ordered. We've always been more than happy to provide you with an alternative dust brush, but we understood that you preferred to wait for the original dust brush which you ordered. From the comments you have made, it appears we have misunderstood your requirements.
