“The Sikkens paint I ordered was a special order and had to come from Sikkens. They were out of stock of the base paint and Decorating Direct (DD) contacted me and explained the issue and gave me the option of cancelling the order. However DD were the best price so I didn't cancel and a week later received another phone call telling me I would get the paint in then next few days. Overall wonderful service from Decorating Direct”

“I've ordered a few things from them now. I have always been extremely impressed at the quality of service. I ordered some Zinsser, tinted paint. I emailed the colour code and received a prompt reply. I also received emails to let me know my order had been mixed and despatched. The delivery date was bang-on. All told, a very impressive service.”

“I have carried out a lot of DIY over the years and now have an old house with special requirements to renovate. I have found that Decorating Direct supply those items which I cannot get at Wickes or B&Q etc. Good quality products, very fast service and a reasonable price.”
