“The Deal Direct team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly, minimising the end to end time to process complex transactions among a number of parties. “I had my doubts after reading a couple of negative reviews but honestly have had no issues. Everyone so helpful especially Jessica. Remortgage completed in 3 months. Pretty good going especially during Covid. Thanks again.”

“From start to finish, Jessica has been amazing. Worked tirelessly to find us a great deal and always on hand to answer any queries we had, no matter what they were. Kept us updated at every step and took all the stress and worry out of the process.
