“This is my fourth mortgage arrangement with deals direct and theyve been amazing every time. Constantly keeping me informed and making sure that my needs/best interests are met. The banks/mortgage providers can be a pain at times and very slow, but Karly was amazing at getting me the information that I needed and keeping me updated. No doubt, I'll be back again in a another 2 years for my next remort.”

“We were struggling to find a suitable remortgage solution to our finances. After wasting 4 weeks with another company we got in touch with Deal Direct. From the initial consultation they were incredibly helpful, positive and provided great advice on how to proceed. We are both self employed and this can mean finding the right mortgage harder than usual but it did not stop deal direct getting us a really good deal. They charge an initial fee which I was unsure about at first but since we paid it they worked tirelessly and within 2 weeks we had an approved offer through from a high St. Bank The fee was money well spent. A special mention had to be made for the member of staff whom we dealt with. He kept us informed at every step of the way and he was a calming and reassuring presence through the whole process. We would have no hesitation in recommending Deal Direct to anyone who is looking for help in finding the best options in the overcrowded and sometimes confusing financial market place.”

“After making an online enquiry Lee Conway called for more details. Within 24hrs he had sorted the best deal and a mortgage offer was made subject to survey etc. The team kept me informed throughout the process they were all very friendly and knowledgeable. All in all a great experience and service, I would highly recommend to others.”
