Jessica tended to all details in obtaining my mortgage specifics and whilst my scenario changed many times, Jessica was able to guide me through all details and educate me walking me through all options clearly explaining the differences between each product in order for me to make the best decision for my circumstance. “Great customer service from all staff... if there was anything negative was the amount of paperwork asked for which was at times same thing already sent and i thought my mortgage was going through with virgin got a letter 2 weeks later saying mortgage wasnt going through i phoned virgin and they said it had been stopped 2 weeks prior and i didnt know about this . But after saying that all staff were really nice and nicky lane tried her best for us.”
