“Great customer service from all staff... if there was anything negative was the amount of paperwork asked for which was at times same thing already sent and i thought my mortgage was going through with virgin got a letter 2 weeks later saying mortgage wasnt going through i phoned virgin and they said it had been stopped 2 weeks prior and i didnt know about this . But after saying that all staff were really nice and nicky lane tried her best for us.”

“Re-mortgage. We got excellent support all the time during the application process, from deal direct. Mr Lee Langridge, our mortgage consultant, was with us from the start until we got the approval. All the staff we dealt with were very professional and Lee was extremely helpful. The whole process was very quick, smooth and we had an outstanding experience. I really appreciate his amazing work and I would strongly recommend them.”
