“The speed and efficient was incredible From my initial application late on Saturday night through to an offer a week later I was surprised and impressed by the quick response and attention to detail particularly from Karly and the team supporting her It is rare to get such a tailored service and after weeks of delay and slow IT And replies from NatWest I decided to find another mortgage provider and Deal direct got me a much better deal in 5 working days I would not hesitate to recommend this company and it was worth the £997 fee because I will get that back in the 3rd month due to the exchange rate they obtained from the Halifax. Can’t praise them enough.”
