“I approached Deal Direct after sounding out other Brokers who said they wouldn't be able to help. I was a bit apprehensive at first as i'd not heard of them, but Lee who dealt with my application really knew his stuff. He kept me informed each step of the way and had a considered approach to who he would send me application through to, ensuring the best fit between my circumstances and the lender. This meant that I was able to come away with a mortgage offer at first time of applying and the process from start to finish was very quick. As a contractor it is sometimes difficult to find a mortgage based on what we earn as banks dont really understand and tend to say no/ offer much lower borrowing, but i'd recommend anyone reading this who is a ltd company/ umbrella contractor to contact them and see what they can do. I will be recommending them to friends and colleagues going forward.”
