Easy to use website to order on line. Order delivered within delivery “window.”
It would have been better to have a smaller delivery window rather than the two day one advised. Most couriers can now advise a delivery within a two hour window.

This company is very good but let down by their delivery service so order well in advance of booking a fitter.
Ross, who was dealing with dispatching my order was truly excellent. Kept me informed, replied rapidly to emails and could not have been more helpful.
And I love the carpet tiles I have bought. Perfect!

We haven't ordered yet, but so far the team at DCTUK have been really helpful. Chloe has been great at answering email and phone enquiries, and Chris Lewis has also been helpful.
We have been sent samples as required, and after a hiccup with the first batch, delivery has been on time.
