I’m very happy with the service and speed of delivery you offer, can you tell me if the Concrete Sunset is still available as yet I have not received that sample or word from you that it is on its way. Thank you. Jan

“
Fantastic! Next day delivery and received a huge sample rather than less than A5 size as usual. Really impressed. Thank you

“
Very helpful service from Divya when ordering our flooring but that experience is let down by the fact that the delivery which costs £40, requires us to be home the entire day to receive it. For that delivery fee I expected to get an estimated delivery window ie AM or PM, and the icing on the top would have been a text from the delivery driver with a more accurate estimation at the start of the day.

Very fast and helpful service. I placed the order for collection, so no comments regarding delivery.

The team were great, sorting out some delivery issues (not their fault!).
Love the funny comments on the website which made the shopping experience really fun.
Great product as expected (this is my third purchase), now I just have to get the tiles fitted.
Thanks for great service.

“
Easy to use website to order on line. Order delivered within delivery “window.”
It would have been better to have a smaller delivery window rather than the two day one advised. Most couriers can now advise a delivery within a two hour window.

This company is very good but let down by their delivery service so order well in advance of booking a fitter.
Ross, who was dealing with dispatching my order was truly excellent. Kept me informed, replied rapidly to emails and could not have been more helpful.
And I love the carpet tiles I have bought. Perfect!
