All sorted with constant updates and very happy with Flotex planks (looks like woodgrain) in Black, Forbo Nairn. Very solid quality, what I wanted. With a refund too. Quick return. Would recommend. I would purchase again from DCTUK.👍

I received a good service. I ordered Nouveau Home Comforts and the carpet tiles look great and are of good quality. I am very pleased with the product.
Unfortunately, some of the tiles were damaged in transit but Ross offered to collect and replace the tiles. He also gave me refund on the delivery charge.

Carpet tiles delayed due to not having enough in stock to complete order, but regular updates received from company and order received as per revised estimated time frame.
Great customer service from Ross Smith and refund of shipping costs given for delay in receipt.
Have used this company 3 or 4 times now and would have no hesitation in highly recommending these people.

Only then to have another phone call another 2 days later telling us our order was out of stock and will take 2 weeks, we said ok, then got another call day later saying it would take 4 weeks! We cancelled the order, my wife had to call them nearly a week later to prompt for our refund, which happened then the next day.

Excellent service throughout. The order was placed online and inadvertently I placed the order twice,I phoned DCTUK who immediately cancelled one of the orders and initiated a refund. The order arrived very promptly and we were kept updated throughout. Everything well packed. A great company to deal with.
