I’m very happy with the service and speed of delivery you offer, can you tell me if the Concrete Sunset is still available as yet I have not received that sample or word from you that it is on its way. Thank you. Jan

“
Very helpful service from Divya when ordering our flooring but that experience is let down by the fact that the delivery which costs £40, requires us to be home the entire day to receive it. For that delivery fee I expected to get an estimated delivery window ie AM or PM, and the icing on the top would have been a text from the delivery driver with a more accurate estimation at the start of the day.

Kai was extremely pleasant to speak with and found the right solution for me straight away. I was particularly impressed by how understanding he was of my tight deadline and how quickly he prioritised my request. Really pleased with the service, thank you, Kai!
