“We used DOWTK to book Twycross Zoo. It was really easy, we were able to book our slot at the zoo at the same time. The tickets were emailed to me and I was able to gain access to the zoo without issue. I created an account with Twycross Zoo after we came home and was able to activate our annual passes. Great service, which saved us a few pounds on our day out.”

“The kids absolutely loved it Much bigger than I anticipated- lots of cars in the car park when we arrived suggesting it would be crowded but it wasn’t! The grandchildren loved the play areas - indoor soft play was great but the outdoor area - what can I say but FANTASTIC Lots of small refreshment areas and a cafe - lots of hand washing stations and drinking water fountains And surprise at the end of the day - foam party!!!! Excellent value for money will go again Note to self - take swimmers and towels for foam party🤣🤣🤣”

“Receipt of tickets very straight forward, no problems. However the Zoo has seen better days, we didn't expect the animals to be very energetic given it was such a hot day.But we did expect to at least see them, even if they were sheltering from the heat. Having visited this zoo many times in the past, I was very sad to see everything looking so untidy, and enclosures so empty, and uncared for. Where have all the animals gone? There used to be large troops of monkeys, a baby monkey nursery exhibit, and lots more. Food offering woeful and expensive. Ice creams vastly over-priced. Will not be visiting again. Molly would be turning in her grave.”

“We were ill and DOWTK would not refund or let us change the date. Next time we will book directly with the attraction, who would have been able to offer another date. We lost our money and didn’t see Hampton Court”

“Sea life was good and staff were friendly, only thing id say was an issue is some of the netting on the wall was loose in the sting ray bit so one of the people I was with tripped over it since it stuck out and thankfully my mum managed to catch her by arm other wise she'd have fallen down the steps”
