“I do like the app, but it's a complete nightmare trying to use it at Welcome Breaks. It's a real interrogation off the staff then you have to wait till a manager comes and then there's photo's so just be aware it's not an easy discount.”

“I bought a ticket because before I bought it, it said I was buying it for Legoland and suddenly after I paid for it they sent me an email saying it was for golf. Then I asked for a refund or replacement and they said drink some cold water. This company is simply not fair to people, customers come first for a company to succeed... They don't have a direct number with them because they lie to people...”
