“Had a brilliant session. Louise was fantastic, made the children feel very relaxed, and clear instructions given. I loved how the dance sessions were broken into sections, easier for the children to remember! The selection of dances was very varied and supported our 'cultural capital' approach. Louise was brilliant with our SEN children, and adapted her teaching to suit their needs (she went to their classroom, rather than using the hall, and all children joined in (we thought that some wouldn't do it, but they all did!).”

“We have just had another fantastic full-day workshop with Dance Days. We always use them when we have a theme day as the workshops are pitched perfectly to suit the needs of our children. Booking is super easy and efficient. Darren was our facilitator for this workshop and we love him! His behaviour management is fantastic and it means our staff can actually join in and enjoy the workshops too. They always fit in with what we need and are consummate professionals. We have used Dance Days for theme days around Spain, India and Ireland and are looking forward to booking our next one. Darren suggested getting all of the children to stand up in assembly and do a few steps together before the smaller workshops and it made for such a brilliant start to the day! “We got some excellent feedback for the Musicals workshop Darren gave. The Reception team and KS1 teachers thought it was absolutely brilliant. Really exciting session and all the children were engaged. It was fun and relatable to the children. We would love to have him back. “Darren taught our Year 6 children dances from the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s - all in the space of under 2 hours, and they then gave a fantastic performance for their parents at the end. The dance was broken up into easy-to-learn steps and the children really enjoyed the experience. “Flamenco workshop as part of our School Languages Day. Jess was brilliant with children- she pitched it perfectly for every age group and both boys and girls were very engaged. She was fun and friendly but very capable and professional in her management of the children . They really enjoyed it and by the end of the session the children were able to perform a whole flamenco routine. Thankyou - we would recommend and book again without hesitation!”
