“Excellent quality garden benches and very good service. Although there was a delay in my order, I was kept informed of the situation and my benches were delivered as promised and in good condition. I would certainly use this supplier again if I need more garden furniture.”

“We are very pleased with the bench purchased last year, which has proved to be attractive and solid, so we bought this one to match. Excellent quality at a reasonable price.”

“We were very satisfied with the service from Humber Imports and the price we paid was very competitive. The Bench is first class and has had a lot of use this past summer. We would have no hesitation recommending this company. D & N White. Northumberland.”

“The Lutyens style bench is a good solid piece of work. Maybe not the best quality teak used in its construction but I didn't pay for the most expensive wood. Overall it appears to be a good value for money purchase and has already had a deal of use during summer and into autumn. I have raised it off the ground by glueing some discrete, thin plastic packers under each leg to prevent moisture absorption.”

“This beautiful bench was on my "wish list" for some time before I finally took the plunge! It was offered at a very competitive price and delivery was very quick indeed! I LOVE MY BENCH!”

“The 'Lutyens Extra Thick Teak Bench' is a good, robust version of this classic design. We had some minor difficulties in assembly - under or over-drilling of dowel holes and a split that we had to glue and clamp but the finished bench looks so good that we ordered a second one almost immediately! An excellent product for the price, delivered very promptly.”

“Table and chairs of decent quality, although a chair is showing a split a few months after purchase. I was unhappy with the delivery inasmuch as I was left lumbered with the palette to which the furniture was attached. Also, the furniture was left on the street. To my request to take the waste palette and to place the furniture indoors I was told by the delivery guy "that's not my job". I wrote to Humber Imports to make both of these failings in their contracted delivery company known and how I feel this is detrimental to their overall offering but received no reply at the time nor since.”

“Although a problem occurred in transit with our order, it was resolved and the supplier worked hard to overcome the problem. You only know how good a firm is when a problem arises!”

“Purchased a wood burning stove, the doors do not shut flush with the main front body, even if you put larger asbestos rope around them they still have a slot along the bottom which is open. Consequently, we are burning a huge amount of wood, I have had a specialist fitter try and sort out the problem but it appears it is a design fault.”
