“I received a faulty product, a bench with extreme woodworm. After sending pictures and politely explaining the problem I was met with a really rude, nasty email. I again stated the problem, and asked for a replacement to be met with a really rude, sarcastic response. I did not get a replacement. I didn't have the time to take the matter further, so treated the bench and hoped for the best. It is honestly the worst response I have ever had from a company, really quite shocking. I would really try to put anyone off dealing with this company in anyway.”

“The table and 8 chairs are beautiful, solid, and well constructed. There were clear instructions for putting the table together and advice on looking after the furniture. The covers are a generous size and protect the table and chairs from the elements well. Kerbside delivery could have been a problem as the teak is of good quality and consequently very heavy - best to ensure there are two strong people to receive the delivery. Overall, good value for money compared to other brands/websites and would highly recommend.”

“The Lutyens bench was delivered on time , was easy to construct and looks lovely. Ver ypleased with it. All visitors comment on the banch. Appreciated the information regarding care of the bench too (ie dont do anything!) Would buy more furntiture if i had a bigger garden”

“had been looking for a small wood burner for a while but the prices in the major diy stores put me off. saw the gloucester stove at humber imports and decided to buy.arrived 6 days after purchase made up with it,excellent well made burner and relatively easy to fit.it is an excellent item and compared to what the diy stores were charging for similair item is fantastic value for money,it is extremely effectice albeit the weather isnt too bad. would definitely recommend.”
