“The delivery was quick. Although the fire was packaged, there was a minor knock to the one corner on the front of the fire and when we made the first small fire, a white patch appeared on the top of the fire. We covered both with a cast iron black polish and seem to be fine now. Apart from that fire works well and appears to be of good quality.”

“Lovely little stove, burns smokeless coal such as Phurnacite or seasoned hardwood equally well. Humber Imports dispatched very quickly and it arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with it.”

“I ordered some benches, table and 10 chairs and related accessories. There was a slight issue with delivery, as part of the order was returned to the company, but subsequently delivered promptly, I am however very happy with the quality of the furniture and hope to see many years of use from it...”

“Ordered a bench after reading great reviews and it arrived I think two days later, exactly as promised, and is every bit as great as the reviews. My kids put it together with the help of a neighbour, so it is easily manageable though not a think a total breeze - it does take some thinking and a certain amount of muscle. And we love the bench, it's perfect.”

“Arrived properly packed and ready for assembly ( including a pallet which was subsequently used by me to complete my compost heap). Easily assembled and teak oiled and put on the terrace. All the bits work but I don't find the chairs very comfortable, maybe that will change with time. Things I would do next time.Get castors for it: it is extremely heavy. Well worth the money. Liam Colgan”

“Lovely looking sturdy bench, very easy to assemble with numbers on each piece. It took me about half hr to assemble. I got it early autumn so it's now covered to enjoy next yr. I searched around before buying and so glad I went for this one. Great value for money and looks expensive.”

“I am awarding 5 stars not because there were no problems but because this company dealt with the "hiccup" I did have, very quickly and efficiently. “Bought the Lutyens Extra Thick Teak Bench and am very pleased with it. It really is very substantial - much more so than any I have seen at garden centres - and it is a great price too from Humber Imports, again much cheaper than garden centres. Overall a great value product and good service from Humber as well. I have now had the bench for 3 months and it is starting to age nicely, no cracks, just toning down towards the silver colour it will end up at as I have not treated it at all.”

“This Westminster bench is a genuine 1.8 metre long 3 / 4 seater teak bench of good solid quality and excellent price of £169 including delivery when I bought it. Very easily assembled with nice sanded surface ready to be teak oiled. I experienced a delivery problem because Humber Imports would not commit to a firm delivery date. I would rather have paid a few pounds extra to get a firm and accurate delivery date. Also, the cardboard packaging is easily damaged because of the heavy weight of the bench although my bench arrived OK despite its tatty packaging. This bench is highly recommended.”
