“I have received a perfect service from the company. My teak table and chairs are of a very good standard and an extremely competitive price. The table legs and a chair were sadly damaged by the delivery courier, however, the company immediately sent on replacements which arrived within days and allowed me to keep the damaged items with their compliments. I would use this company again and am happy to recommend.”

“We have the Deauville 8 Seater Teak Garden Furniture Set. Within about an hour we had a call (from a v friendly John) confirming our order and advising us that the courier would be in touch to arrange delivery. The courier was good, everything was stacked onto one pallet. He was on his own and just had a hand cart thing which had forks to pick up the pallet but not much lift, just ground clearance. We have a small kerb (maybe 4 inches) and it couldn't get up that. A passing postman helped otherwise we would have been really stuck. Everything was packed well, plenty of padding and well secured to the pallet. Assembly was pretty simple, a handful of dowels and a few screws are all that is required. The alignment of the legs onto the table top took a bit of wrangling but me and my 14 year old son did it between us, so not that difficult. The only bit that needs particular care, is picking the completed table up and turning it all over without scratching it - we had assembled it upside down on the open cardboard box, so had no problems. Its huge and its lovely and its reassuringly heavy. Chairs are comfortable even without the cushions. So far, only one thing I could describe as a minor negative, there is a hole for a parasol, but not enough room for a parasol base under the table legs. It has to just rest on the floor not fastened to anything, so that could be an issue if the wind catches it. Maybe a clamp onto the parasol just under the table would fix it so it cant be lifted out by accident. A few people have already been for a look, all very impressed. We are very happy with it and would recommend it without reservations.”

“Well made and sturdy bench. It was efficiently delivered and simple to put together. Even without cushions it is comfortable to sit on . We were so glad to replace our rusting ,uncomfortable, metal bench with this simple teak one. We have a country cottage type garden and the bench's simple lines and light colour look great on our stone patio. Would recommend it to anyone, a good buy.”
