“A problem with delivery, not of Humber's making, was quickly dealt with. Excellent customer services. I purchased an additional bench from Humber as the one I purchased 10 years ago is still going strong. I highly recommend this company.”

“Excellent service, delivery and product. The bench is beautiful, and very substantial, as described. Matching stickers and a very helpful phone call from customer support, to take care with the dowels, smoothed the way. My husband and I constructed the bench together, and as the dowels are 'delicate', we found that putting a smear of liquid soap on them helped construction go smoothly. I have wanted one of these benches for quite sometime and I am delighted with my choice.”

“very happy with our new bench. assembly was relatively easy, apart from one broken dowel pin which was easy to replace. the bench is sturdy and comfy and should last a long time with winter protection. only wish there had been some notification of delivery time on their website instead of just that the order had been received.”

“Ordered a teak bench and unfortunately one of the slats was damaged (see attached photo). Contacted Humber Imports via email which they initially didn't respond to until I contacted them by phone. Although they couldn't see any damage from photo provided they agreed to issue a full refund although I would have preferred a repair or a replacement. I have subsequently contacted Humber Imports on three occasions requesting confirmation of a refund and they have not responded.”

“The table set was delivered as expected. I managed to fit the table together the next day without any problems in fact it was quite easy. It is, however, important to look for the labelling on the parts as it is possible to fit some parts the wrong way round. This could be mentioned on the fitting instructions, it is only because I read other reviews that I knew to look for it. Having got it fitted I am extremely pleased with the quality of the product, it feels and looks good. The chairs are also comfortable to sit in, even if you don't have the cushions on. The height of the seat fits in well with the height of the table, even our young grandchildren find it a comfortable height. One of the reasons I bought this set was that the wood didn't need treating against the weather. It is too early yet to be sure whether it can withstand extreme weather but it seems to be coping with all the rain we have had so far this June. I would highly recommend this set on my experience so far.”
