“Ordered the garden bench on line but got a call from John at Humber Imports within minutes thanking me for the order and giving me tips how to assemble the bench. Well pleased with the quality and ease of assembly. Will get the matching table soon. Very good product.”

“brought "top quality teak " garden furniture. chairs cracked within months they claimed that some one to fat had sat on it (all family have bmi less than 23) . totally disinterested -within 2 years fit for the dump”

“Contact was good before delivery and goods delivered on time stated. Had to help delivery guy unload but not unreasonable as there was only him! Constructing flat packed table was straightforward if you have been used to building flat packed stuff before. Quality of the product s good for the price although two of the chairs have splits in them, not serious enough to return but will require a bit of work by me to make sure no one using them gets splinters. All components show tooling marks (not serious) and overall impression is that its been built to a price. At £600 plus pounds I'll live with that (timber I suspect is eco sourced and probably not as good quality as more traditional sourcing but no doubts it will last and weather OK), but had it been a couple of hundred more then this might have led to a "normal" rating and I might have quibbled more”

“We were very impressed with the service offered by Humber Imports from beginning to end. Easy ordering through to delivery of the product went without a hitch. Our garden bench is perfect. Size excellent with generous deep seating and, for a wooden bench, reasonably comfortable. I think I will invest in base & back cushions, however, to add some luxury! I have the most critical and hard to please male relatives known to man, and both my brother in law and son in law, have asked for your details as they are so impressed with the quality and low cost of this item. I have been only too pleased to recommend, as so far everything is fine. Just one tiny negative point, we felt the instructions could have been a bit clearer and details on whether any wood treatment is required in the first year. Other than that mynhusband & I have been extremely pleased with our bench, and ease of ordering.”

“Advice to buyers , check all the joints fit before final assembly! I didn't and I glued the joints. I now have unsightly gaps at the joints and it looks awful.”

“Ordered my wood burning stove direct by phone very helpful when my stove turned up the glass was brocken on the door phoned Humber imports sent me new glass straight away this guy was polite and very professional and the stove looks great and value for money”

“WE did have problems in assembling the chairs and especially the table. The 'bolts' were too large for the pre-drilled holes. Also minor damage (not just variation) on edge of table - sent photos .However we accepted that this was minor.”
