“Fast delivery and the phonecall telling me when you were delivering was great. I wasn't going to be in on the day suggested and there was no issue in arranging a suitable delivery time that fitted my schedule. However some holes were not aligned and the fowls did not fit properly. I had to make do”

“Delivery was very quick, ordered Saturday evening and it arrived the following Tuesday morning. Some criticism of machining quality, I had to go and buy a countersink to enlarge holes to fit securing bolts. However we are very happy with it and it looks good, had numerous favorable comments.”

“Lutyens bench was delivered within 48 hrs, went together very easily, Humber Imports called to clarify an assembly detail which was very good of them, the bench is really solid and substantial. The total service from ordering to delivery and assembly could not have been better. I went on to give the bench a couple of coats of teak oil and it looks tremendous.”
