“Super fast delivery. We bought a bench as a memorial and I’m told it’s really lovely and was easy to assemble. The only criticism I have is that we didn’t know when the bench was coming so it was a surprise when it showed up”

“We bought a Lutyens style bench, supplied as a self-assembly package, that is excellent value for money. The first package that arrived was faulty, but we were offered a refund immediately on phoning Humber Imports. We opted for a replacement, which arrived very quickly. This one was was good quality and was easy to assemble. This is on our patio and we are are delighted with it.”

“I have just bought a three seater Lutyens bench, and I am delighted with it. We constructed it indoors and it looked so beautiful where it was, it was a difficult decision to take it outside! The one thing that really nags at me is that I cannot find a single bench cover anywhere that really looks like it would fit.”

“Good customer service, quality product, sadly let down by abysmal attitude if delivery driver who dumped full pallet in front of our drive so we could not move our car in order to get our delivery in. When asked to move it told us it's kerbside delivery and it's on the kerbside, he's too busy to move it and left.”

“I bought the Monte Carlo about 6 years ago and after a while I noticed some chairs were wobbling. Now 6 chairs have collapsed and only 2 left which I doubt will last long. The table is fine although I had to repair the drop down extender. In my opinion there is a fundamental design flaw with the chairs in that the rear legs are not splayed back to add stability but less than 90 degrees so any slight leaning back on them will deteriorate the joints until they collapse. It’s a shame because you can see the rear chair legs are an obvious design fault. They are strong for a year and then deteriorate until collapse. Very disappointed as I had hoped they’d last much longer .”
