“Delighted with my garden bench, it was very easy to order online. I wasn’t sure if the company delivered to the north of Scotland (they do) got a most helpful man which helped my decision to buy. The bench is good quality and easy to assemble. Highly recommend this company.”

“From start to finish the order process was straight forward and very clear to understand. The product arrived within a couple of days from ordering also we could track it online so could see immediately where it was in the delivery process. We purchased a 3 seater Lutyens Bench (Teak) and are very pleased with the workmanship of the item, it had to be assembled here at home, however this was an easy to carry out process with very clear instructions provided and took me approx 30 mins start to finish “VERY HAPPY””

“I bought two Lutchens benches and one was badly damaged. Very embarrassing as it was a gift for my daughter. Delivery was good, price also competitive but I am disappointed with the quality and particularly the condition of the second bench. To have to return it meant re-packing, leaving it somewhere safe and secure for collection and waiting for a new one as the company was out of stock.”

“Thanks for coming back to me, just to let you know one of the teak benches you supplied. Had one of the legs 12 millimetre shorter than the other ones fitted to the same bench. We then had to screw a small packer onto the leg to make it level. We did this to save the inconvenience of returning back to you & waiting for a replacement. If you want me to send a photo I can do , but as I run my own business time is of the essence. Thanks & Regards. Charles Russell”
