“I purchased multi fuel stove, I was given an estimated date of delivery of between 3-5 working days ..... wow it arrived early, also the site did mention that a few chips may be present in the enamel again I was very impressed as they must have looked out a good one for me, very very small chips that are not even noticeable and that is a big saying from me Overall service was excellent from Humber Imports and I would certainly purchase from them again I love my cornish cream Truro stove it heats my room no problem and for the price I feel I got a real bargain AB”

“The bench arrived very well packed and in good time, it is easy to assemble and does not require any adhesive, it is a matter of choice if you use oil to retain the original colour or leave it natural. The wood is of a good quality and should last for many years. This a excellent product for the money and is highly recommended.”

“I was very pleased with my order of a multi-fuel burner from Humber Imports. It was delivered in good time and the 'tea chest' packaging was very strong. I am looking forward to using it as i have been told it will heat all of my cottage, and family and workmen have admired its style and price. So thank you Humber Imports i hope to have a warm and cosy winter!”

“I purchased a teak bench seat from Humber Imports many months ago. I was delighted by the product quality and delivery service. The bench was easy to assemble and well designed. The wood quality is excellent and, with teak oil applied, withstands the weather very well. The wood is of ample proportions unlike the weak benches for sale from other sources at cheaper prices. You only get what you pay for but, with Humber Imports I believe that you get more than you pay for. It still looks as good now as it did when new and I'm sure it will last a great many years. Yes, you guessed it, I very much recommend this company and their products.”

“the stove witth slow burn technology is no gimmick. THe amount of fuel used is down by 50% without loss of heat. As stated it does take some getting used to and some may neversucceed in mastering it. The gentle use of controls is rewarding as it takes a couple of minutes to react fully to new settings. We are tickled pink with the stove and delivery was very quick, a very helpful driver assisted me to place the stove in the garage pending fitting. A good tip is DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE WEIGHT AND EFFORT NEEDED TO MOVE IT. A pair of happy warm bunnies, nuf said.”

“Humber Imports were very good. Two chairs were damaged on arrival but they were replaced with ease. Communication with the courier was very flakey. There was no communication until the day of delivery when I was out of the country. When delivering a replacement chair they phoned and gave me a date then turned up the day before. I would use Humber Imports again.”

“I ordered a garden bench which was delivered very promptly. It arrived slightly damaged. A replacement was delivered no questions asked and the delivery driver was very helpful. I would highly recommend Humber Imports and will certainly use them again.”

“The delivery was quick. Although the fire was packaged, there was a minor knock to the one corner on the front of the fire and when we made the first small fire, a white patch appeared on the top of the fire. We covered both with a cast iron black polish and seem to be fine now. Apart from that fire works well and appears to be of good quality.”

“Lovely little stove, burns smokeless coal such as Phurnacite or seasoned hardwood equally well. Humber Imports dispatched very quickly and it arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with it.”

“I ordered some benches, table and 10 chairs and related accessories. There was a slight issue with delivery, as part of the order was returned to the company, but subsequently delivered promptly, I am however very happy with the quality of the furniture and hope to see many years of use from it...”
