“I was quite taken aback when your employee was unable to understand the costs to deliver 2 units is the same as one unit and that your delivery fees should be able to reflect multiple units. I then ordered 2 benches on 2 separate orders and every time incurred the delivery charge whereas I would have order both on the same order if there was a benefit to me you were willing to share.”

“this is our second Fire from Humber exports, best thing we ever bought. I was very happy with the service. I was called to arrange a delivery and it came quicker than expected so bonus. The driver was very helpful, and would recommend to our friends.”

“The Buckingham stove boiler arrived very promptly. It was well packaged and arrived safely and has worked efficiently since fitting. Only criticism would be that the ash plate below the door was difficult to fit as bolt holes did not line up.”

“I didn't get a call or email telling me when delivery would take place. As my partner and I are out at work all day it meant that our retired (kind) neighbour accepted the delivery on our behalf. This meant that we weren't able to check the stove for any defects, luckily the item was ok but if it hadn't had been that could have posed a problem. Apart from that the ordering and payment was very easy and delivery prompt.”
