“I complained about a stamp that I received which is nothing like the artwork I sent. Now I just keep receiving email telling me that they don't have the font needed to provide the stamp I requested. It would have been much better to tell me that in the first place rather than charge me £60 and send something unsuitable”

“I ordered two clay stamps to mark my pottery. The quality is really very poor, I will attach the photos. The smaller one is so badly produced it looks like it went wrong but they send it put anyway. The larger one is uneven so the image from the center does not stamp at all. I have requested a refund but am now not getting a response. I can only speak for these two products as I don't know about the rest. But for me this is not good enough. Daniel”

“YOU WERE NOT SUPPOSE TO SEND ANY INVOICE ALONG WITH THE ORDERS UNTIL AND UNLESS IT IS REQUESTED. DUE TO YOUR STUPIDITY, OUR CLIENT ASKED FOR A REFUND WHICH COSTED US ABOVE £8,000!!!”

“The idea is fantastic. I had other similar pens and works a treat Unfortunately the system in dis one involves completely detaching the pen from the stamp The print is far too small to read The stamp’s ink mechanism Is messy and you get ink all over your hands I regret I cannot recommend this product”

“Says when I paid and ordered a week ago that you were fulfilling online orders, with quick delivery. I have messaged and emailed with no response. I understand if you are indeed closed during this difficult time, but it clearly said you were currently fulfilling online orders and would keep us updated if anything changed. Paid over £40 for a stamp/ink that has not arrived and nobody there to respond to queries.”

Hi Thank you for returning the purple ink pad. Sorry it wasn't the shade you required, we do only stock one shade of purple; it is very dark! Our blue is more of a Royal Blue. Sorry I couldn't be more help with this. Regards Helen

“The ink would smudge and the stamp itself was poorly made. The base of the stamp was wider than the rubber stamp itself so it would apply itself unusually. Will not purchase from you again.”

Hi Gregory I'm very sorry that you feel the proofing was poor. We were still working on trying to produce a design that was satisfactory for you. There are sometimes limitations on what artwork will work on rubber stamp. Please do get back to us if you would like to see the colours reversed as I suggested in my emails to you. Regards Helen
