I wish I could write two different reviews- yesterday i was on hold for over 2 hours total, both reps ended up hanging up because it was a custom order, if i had not already ordered the original signs I would have never called back today. So yesterdays serves was at a all time low- the worst service I have ever received from any company. Today I tried again, the young lady that helped me was able to solve my issues in less than 5 min, she was very pleasant and I would hire her to take care of my customers in a heart beat- I got her name but should have asked for the correct spelling (Shenee?) She rocks- 5 start all the way the two yesterday have no reason to interact with people what so ever.
