“Great service apart from I did not know they wouldn't leave at my address if I wasn't available to answer my door. I'm deaf, and slow..was too late and no card left. When I rang the company, they couldn't take my request to leave at my normal safe place the following Monday. So I had to drive 20 miles there and 20 back to collect them next day. This was the only delivery company that wouldn't leave a parcel... Anyway.. Will be sure to add safe place request next time”

Hi Sue, Sorry to hear about the experience and inconvenience with APC. I have added a note to check on leaving the goods safe with you for future orders. We can add request for when we are sending the goods. Thank you also for taking the time to give us feedback on our service and products. We hope to see you again in the future. Kind Regards.
