Hi Aaron West, Sorry to hear about this. Goods only leave our premises in perfect condition so the damage must of occurred during transit to you. “First time ordering branded cups and it couldn't have been easier. Offered help and advice with our artwork and when we mentioned we had a shorter deadline than they advertised they said they would do their best but came up trumps and beat the timescale they were trying for. The quality of the aqueous paper cups is superb, holding hot drinks with no sign of the seams failing as we've seen with other cups in the past. Print quality is superb and price was so much cheaper than others we researched. We won't go anywhere else for our next order.”
