“The service was good and the service agent tried hard to be helpful which is good. Would be great however if the 3d payment feature had worked directly on the website so I didn't have to call.”

“Crystal made me very unhappy with my booking. I made a booking online for a flight. I was then asked to call the contact centre as there appeared to be an issue. I called and got passed to 3 different agents repeating my issue all 3 times. On the 3rd attempt, I got through to Lisa. I was initially told that my flight price had gone up by over £100 which I found unacceptable. What incredibly annoyed me and it must be Crystals sales tactics is that the whole way through the call Lisa was trying to sell me hotels, car hire and additional things for my trip when Crystal had failed to get my flight booked. This is not Lisa's fault, you have trained your people this way and Im afraid I found it totally off-putting. In the end, Lisa agreed to honour the price of the flight originally quoted which I am grateful for her achieving and I really appreciate her commitment. But please when you as a company have failed to deliver on the service do not have your people trying to upsell!”

“Crystal Travel rescued my failed attempt to re-book a flight following a cancellation (by others) which left us stranded in France. They gave me a ring to correct the mistake I had made whilst struggling to see detail on a small phone screen with intermittent internet connection. The bank then refused to accept my payment, wanting to send a PIN number to my landline at home in England; Crystal Travel then completed the transaction by phone.”
