“Initial online booking was for £140 but failed. Got call from very helpful agent who informed me that prices went up to £155 which was still the cheapest flight so went ahead and booked”

“KATHY WAS VERY PLEASANT & VERY GOOD AT HER WORK SHE KEPT ME CALM WHEN I WAS UNDER A BIT OF INTERNET FRUSTRATION. I DON'T NORMALLY USE THE PHONE TO BOOK MY TICKET BUT WOULD RECOMMEND IT IF YOU WERE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET THE SAME PERSONNEL I DID.. THANK YOU CRYSTAL TRAVEL & KATHY”

“Christy was very on the ball and good at replying to all my queries. Also very sweet. Keep her. I gave Crystal travel a good, Christy gets a brilliant! It would be nice for prices to be updated more often on the website if the prices quoted were no longer available.”

“LHR to HAN return If at first you don't succeed try try again. The first offer was £630, by a Lady then less and the £545 Freddie was our hero Well done Freddie”

“Good price ... a little we added on. But only £80 .. full family of five flights to America! Lost £1000 on prices I had previously been quoted. Sales assistant was really helpful even by phoning airline to sort out the return flights as was a 17h stop over which could be changed to a 3hr. So far not a bad experience”
