“Very helpful. I was speaking to Aaron and another agent and they bothbwere very helpful unlike other companies that constantly ignore me and didnt recommend any better deals but these lot did which made me very happy. I am very satisfied with the customer service and would 100% recommend to my friends and book through them again”

“Last minute problem with available flight, had to change immediately prior to purchase. This was annoying however assistant Philip was very helpful and courteous. We were found a seat on the same plane at slightly higher price.”

“I have to say first of all that Crystal Travel has been the best... especially my travel agent host Andy he has done a fantastic job assisting me and my family in preparation for my recent holiday flights. Andy is always puncutual in his service,on numerous occasions I have needed all my flight details immediately, I.e. times,hotels,travels deals and he has always gotten back to me with full answers to those very special questions,regarding my flight. a friendly person who is dedicated to serving customers with the highest ability. it is because of Andy's Exceptional service, that I would definitely recommend Crystal Travel to Anyone:)”

“Being on a tight budget for my trip to Bangkok, couldn't find a cheaper airfare until Crystal Travel came to my aid. Their special offer provided a discount which made me purchase the air ticket without any second thoughts. The best thing about this travel agency is, they make sure their customer is at ease and they never fail to follow-up.”

“The rep was very helpful in trying to find us the best flights that allowed maximum time on our trip. Have taken off a star because there was an unexpected £15 booking fee I hadn't been told about (on Wowcher) and the call took an hour to complete. Can't fault the company though, got a great deal and flights that give us the most time in our destination.”
