“First time buying a flight on Crystal Travel. Saw a very good price, booked it. Received a call within 2 minutes telling me the Airline Taxes had increased by £15. Bit annoying that the website price was not accurate, but it was still a good price. Booked it, spoke to Christy on the phone - very helpful agent! Explained the flight details, confirmed everything. Christy called me twice to make sure everything was correct. E-Ticket was confirmed really fast too. Thanks Christy!”
