I have been with Crystal Travel for the last 3 years. Never had any problem. The way they serve you is outstanding. Especially, Neil Johnson is a very friendly and welcoming individual and he has got a great sense of humour, very kind and humble, will not hesitate to go out his way to keep you happy. There was a time somewhere in this year when I was little bit disappointed the way my request was handled by one of the new member of Staff, but the way Neil Johnson handled the matter he has proven himself that what matters to Crystal Travel is the service to their customers. I would recommend everyone about this travel agents. You will never go wrong!!
