“First time having the wax taken with this method. Used to being washed out with water. Great to be able to see the wax on the computer withs before and after look. Great way to get the wax out and I did drop olive oil in for 5 days before. Many thanks great service”

“It was my first visit to Crystal hearing. I couldn’t hear a thing because of wax buildup. Sally was absolutely amazing & extremely informative to explain the painless procedure, which it was. Literally it was Boom! I could hear again! Got a shock when I started my car as the radio was blasting so loud, I’ve turned the volume down now!!!!!”

“I turned to Crystal Hearing because I needed fast relief from a debilitating muffled hearing. I found the booking process very easy. Sally was very professional, explained what was going to happen and what to prepare for, and patiently answered all my questions that I had before and after the treatment. The use of a little camera to see into my ear was also very interesting. I would definitely choose this place again if I needed to.”

“I was seen by Sally, who was very professional and explained the procedure. I did not feel any pain, and everything went very smoothly. I was very impressed that i booked on the same day and was seen. Comapare to company prices and wait time i would highly recommend to everyone to see Sally.”
